Paul Stewart
Mr. Stewart has been a consultant for almost thirty years to the US Small Business Administration (SBA), as an A.C.E. (Active Corps of Executives) Counselor, under the S.C.O.R.E. (Service Corps of Retired Executives) program, specializing in franchising, entrepreneurship and marketing. During that time Mr. Stewart conducted hundreds of seminars and workshops for prospective business and franchise owners and entrepreneurs. In addition, Mr. Stewart specializes in promoting women’s and minority business ownership. He has been a featured lecturer for the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE), and has been a principal seminar leader for two Women’s Business Ownership Conferences sponsored by the White House. Mr. Stewart has conducted and participated in seminars and workshops attended by more than 30,000 women in business.

Mr. Stewart is also involved in international franchising. He attended the International Salon of Franchising in Paris, France, as a consultant to European franchisors desiring to franchise in the United States and Canada. Mr. Stewart has also been an instructor and guest lecturer on advertising, marketing and franchising at several colleges and universities in the Southwest US and in Mexico.

Trade/Educational activities have included: Consultant to Home-Based Businesses (HBB); Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Dallas (AWED); Mexican American Professional Women’s Organization (MAPWO); Young Entrepreneurs Seminars (YES), co-sponsored by the SBA and the A.L. Williams Company; the US Small Business Administration District and Regional Training Seminars; and a principal organizer and seminar leader for the Veterans Business Opportunity Shows co-sponsored by the SBA. Additionally, Mr. Stewart has served as a consultant and expert witness on franchising, distributorships and business opportunities for several law firms around the country, and has served as Chairman of the Advisory Board of Directors for the North Texas Small Business Development Council (NTSBDC).
